John Kempton is a highly experienced HR Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer, Coach and Author who works in Human Resources and Learning & Development. He has been running his own HR Consultancy and Training business, - JRK Consultants Ltd for 30 years. Additionally, he is also a tutor for Master's level programmes where he teaches Human Resources. As a result to his advanced knowledge, he has written a text book – now available as an eBook (eBook online publication 21 October 2011).

Within HR he has specialist expertise in Recruitment & Selection, Competencies, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Facilitation and Learning & Development. He is currently researching how ‘HR can support increased employee Productivity'. John was a Human Resources Manager with a Financial Services Company in the City of London before establishing himself as a freelance Training and Organisation Development Consultant. John has also many years' experience of working as a Management trainer - especially with CMI, ILM and CIPD accreditations. He teaches/lectures on many qualification programmes as well as designing bespoke courses for individual and teams on Supervision, Management, Leadership and HR related topics.

He teaches many courses in the Middle East and Far East and recently ran a series of qualification workshops in Saudi Arabia. Since 2010 he has also designed and delivered a series of 5 day workshops in various countries including Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Geneva, Amsterdam, Kuala Lumpur and London.
