Christiane Anderson Founder
People Over Process
Christiane is the Founder and Lead Coach at People Over Process, an organisation that specialises in creating outstanding distributed teams. Since 2003 she has been working in global teams delivering digital solutions to companies. In 2015 she took on the lead agile coach position in a 300 mil digital customer experience transformation program and since then has worked with hundreds of people to develop high performing teams and organisations. Since 2019 she is a licensed remote working specialist and certified business agility coach and trainer. Christiane uses her strong facilitation and certified extended DISC behavioural assessment skills with teams to build communication skills, common understanding, empathy, resolve conflict and link natural talent to role fit. She is passionate to work with people to enable them to discover and harness what creates happy and productive working cultures.
Stephen Callaghan
Stephen is a leader of organisational transformations blending a deep technical knowledge with delivery, coaching and advanced training skills gained over 30 years in Australia, Europe and North America. He has numerous years of experience in large scale Business Agility transformations with deep experience across various disciplines including Lean, Design Thinking, Scaled Agile (SAFe / Scrum) and Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). With an extensive background in Training, Workshop Design and Facilitation, Program Management, Delivery, Strategic Planning and Financial Governance, he brings a wealth of experience to any context.
Despite the current circumstances, we know your appetite for key business insights remains, so our Live+ digital platform enables you to fully participate in the event remotely.
